- All items are shipped by USPS and usually shipped within 24-48 business hours. We CANNOT control how fast shipments get to your shipping address. All Cell Phones have a $12.99 shipping rate, unless otherwise specified (ex. FREE Shipping or No Shipping Charges). Accessories are shipped at $7.99, unless otherwise specified (ex. FREE Shipping or No Shipping Charges). Please inquire about international shiiping rates. Canadian orders are a flat $17.99 per shipment. Also, international orders are shipped inside an INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE.

- Returns & Replacements
- All Cell Phones are sold with a 30 day warranty. If cell phone is returned, it will be inspected by a technician for abuse. Since all products have a video product demonstration, products that are returned in perfect working condition are subject to a 15% inspection & restocking fee. We feel this is fair because the items are as described with video demonstrations. Recharge your battery for a full 24 hours to get the maximum use out of it. Also, please remember that manufacturers specifications don't always apply. For example: The Motorola RAZR V3 Battery is 'suppose' to last a full 6.7 hours of continuous talk time. Good luck getting that much time out of your battery.
- Ordering
- Ordering from us is a breeze. Your orders should be processed by Google Checkout. Google does not release any type of financial information to us. This helps provide protection for BOTH the Seller and Buyer. The only information we receive is your contact information such as email (in case we need to contact you) and Shipping Address (so we know where to send your order). If you are experiencing problems, contact us by email through the Contact Form. For international orders, please inquire about shipping rates.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payment are calculated in United States Currency. For International orders, please be aware of that. Exchange rates vary by the day. This is handled automatically by Google Checkout. All pricing is fixed. If you are inquiring about bulk purchases, please contact us through the Contact Us form. All promotions (if any) are built into the web page itself and will be applied during the checkout process.
- Viewing Orders
- You will be able to view your order once you begin to check out. All items are tallied up. You will receive an email from us stating that your item has been shipped and a tracking ID number will be issued.
- Updating Account Information
- If you need to update your account information, please log in with your user name and password. If you ahve frogotten your password, contact us through the Contact Us Form and we'll reset your password and shoot you an email. We DO NOT give paawords over the phone for security purposes.
